Our designers at Huey Brown Kitchens decided to just Have Fun With It in this mood board. They chose colors and a theme that can affect our mood in a positive way. Research shows that blue tones have a calming effect on the mind, so combining blues with fun patterns is a great way to stimulate happiness. Our designers at Huey Brown Kitchens put together this bright, fun space using some of our favorite elements from some of our favorite companies. They started with the Waterproof Vinyl Flooring in Tavern. This vinyl flooring can easily be mistaken for true wood! The color and wood grain pattern of the floor is so beautiful, and serves as a great canvas for finishing a bright, airy room. The designers paired this flooring with the Designer’s Choice Cabinetry Bradenton door in Legacy BlueTrucor. This happy shade of blue is great for combining with other elements, as it is a blue/gray tone.
These cabinets work well with the Indochine OakArto Tile in Santa Clara as a backsplash. The blue in the backsplash matches the cabinet color perfectly! We love this Spanish tile! The simple sight of the flower pattern with the mix of blue & warm tones puts a smile on our face. To finish the Have Fun With It mood board, our designers went with a simple design in the Tower Bridge Top Knob Hardware in Brushed Satin Nickel. We love the hammered detail in this cabinet pull, and the pop of metallic is a nice touch, pleasing to the eye.
